regular fee	€ 750,- (payment before April 2nd 2012) € 850,- (payment after April 2nd 2012)
Special rate Colleagues in residency	€ 600,- (payment before April 2nd 2012) € 700,- (payment after April 2nd 2012)
Application for the special rate must be accompanied by the required official document. All break-refreshments and lunch-buffets are included in the registration fee.

A copy of the bank transfer must be attached to the registration form. Please make sure that your name is printed clearly on the bank transfer. All bank charges must be paid by sender.
confirmation:
Upon receipt of both a valid registration form and payment, a confirmation of registration will be sent. Please note that your signature on the registration form is mandatory. We advise you to bring your confirmation of registration and a copy of the bank transfer to the congress.
cancellation:
We must be notified of all cancellations in writing. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations up to April 16th 2012 full fee refund
- Cancellations after April 16th 2012 no refunds can be made
- Name changes requested before April 16th 2011 are accepted
Refunds will be processed after the congress closing date.

cancellation terms:
Cancellation should be made in writing to Graz Tourism, Barbara Kollmann.
- without penalty: up to 8 days before the day of arrival,
- 75% of all reserved roomnights: as of 7 days before the day of arrival,
- 100%: no show, no written cancellation
confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation from Graz Tourism.
