Registration for the congress requires: gender, name, address, city, country, zip code, email, and telephone number. The following external service providers may process your data:

  • Vimeo — Lecture video hosting and statistics
  • Sendinblue (Brevo) — Email communication services

§ 6 Google Analytics

Google Analytics tracks website usage with anonymized IP addresses (anonymize_ip: true) to limit personal identification. You may opt out via the Google Analytics browser plugin.

Lecture videos are loaded via Vimeo iframes, transmitting your IP address and access date to Vimeo (US-based). Your consent is required before loading video content.

§ 10 Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel may be used to track user behavior for advertising optimization and statistical analysis. The pixel enables event tracking and custom audience targeting. Various cookies may store session data, user IDs, and browser information with validity periods ranging from one day to two years.
